Her commitment to education is manifested in her various roles including as College Secretary from January 2018 to December 2021.

Assoc. Prof. Sali is actively engaged in research and presented papers in conferences. Her paper on the Social Compositions of Schools in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi and their Implications for Educational Public-Private Partnership was published in the International Journal of Learning, Teaching and Educational Research, a Q2 Scopus-indexed journal. Her scholarly pursuits were recognized when she received the Best Presentation Award at the 9th International Conference on Education in Bangkok, Thailand, and her involvement in the international project Mechanism of Electrical Conductivity in PEDOT: PSS Film Enhanced with Colloidal Silver Nanoparticles which was awarded First Place by Eagle ATTECH.

As Dean, she spearheaded numerous initiatives that significantly enhanced the college's stature. Under her leadership, the college introduced new specialized graduate programs, four (4) of which are master degrees and one (1) doctorate degree program which increased enrollment and attracted a diverse student population. Under her guidance, the college has achieved milestones in faculty development and research output including an increase engagement in research paper presentations and publications, nineteen (19) of whom received incentives due to their Scopus-indexed journal publications.

The college's commitment to community extension programs enabled it to address social and literacy challenges in the community. The college has also forged a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Universiti Malaya (UM), Malaysia's leading university in teacher education.

Assoc. Prof. Sali will now pursue Ph.D. in Science Education at Universiti Malaya which reflects her dedication for continuous learning and professional growth. She will pursue her PhD under the MSU-TCTO Partial APDP Grant, while applying for a scholarship grant from the Bangsamoro's Ministry of Science and Technology. Her leadership, research contributions, and commitment to enhancing education make her an exemplary figure within the College of Education and the broader academic community.
