BONGAO, TAWI-TAWI – In a groundbreaking development for Philippine higher education, the Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU TCTO) is set to offer the Bachelor of Science in Oceanography, becoming the first higher education institution in the Philippines to offer an undergraduate degree program in Oceanography and the first in Mindanao.

(GCash) formally entered into an Implementing Agreement for the GCash Funds Disbursement Service (FDS) with GCash Card Issuance, marking a significant step toward strengthening the University’s digital financial services and enhancing accessibility for students and employees.

MSU TCTO Strengthens University-Community Partnership Through MOU Signing with Three Partner Barangays
Reinforcing its commitment to inclusive and community-centered development, MSU TCTO formally conducted the Joint Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with its partner barangays — Mandulan, Lakit-Lakit, and Tubig Basag — on May 19, 2026, at the Sabdani J. Bulante Conference Hall, MSU TCTO.
