BARMM Turns Over Two New Student Residence Halls to MSU TCTO

BONGAO, Tawi-Tawi | July 6, 2026 — The Ministry of Public Works (MPW)–Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, formally turned over two newly constructed student residence halls to the Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU TCTO) during a ceremony held on July 6, 2026, at the University grounds.
