TCTO Recognizes 636 Dean’s Listers in Crème de la Crème Program To recognize the academic achievements of the Dean's listers for the previous semester, the Crème de la Crème Program was held yesterday, November 27, at the Henry V. Kong Gymnasium. A total of 636 students from the different colleges made it to the Dean's list. Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Alcyn R. Bakkang, delivered a powerful message to the honorees, acknowledging the importance of their hard work and determination in achieving excellence.
