**TCTO and Barangay Sanga-Sanga Sign MOA to Strengthen Community Ties** The University formalized its partnership with Barangay Sanga-Sanga, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on October 10 at the Sabdani J. Bulante Hall. Chancellor Prof. Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali represented the University, while Chairman Edwin L. Jamma signed on behalf of the barangay. The event was attended by Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Wilham M. Hailaya, Mrs. Shermalyn Hayudini, and other barangay guests. Facilitated by the College of Education Extension Committee, led by Prof. Al-Rashiff H. Mastul, this marks the first formal partnership with Barangay Sanga-Sanga. This initiative underscores the University’s commitment to community service, aiming to develop programs and projects that address the needs of local residents while fostering connections between the University and the community.
