**TCTO and Barangay Sanga-Sanga Sign MOA to Strengthen Community Ties** The University formalized its partnership with Barangay Sanga-Sanga, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on October 10 at the Sabdani J. Bulante Hall. Chancellor Prof. Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali represented the University, while Chairman Edwin L. Jamma signed on behalf of the barangay. The event was attended by Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Wilham M. Hailaya, Mrs. Shermalyn Hayudini, and other barangay guests.
