Policy Brief Series

Alhamdulillah!

It is with immense pride and honor that I share a remarkable achievement from our College of Education. Under the mentorship of Professor Nilo J. Castulo, our dedicated *Master's students from MEM204* have officially published their policy brief, "_Strengthening Philippine Higher Education Through Centers Of Excellence: Policy Insights from CHED Memorandum Order No. 10, s. 2025_," in the prestigious Philippine Normal University (PNU) Policy Brief Series, Volume 9, Issue 10.

This work is a testament to their rigorous scholarship and commitment to advancing the landscape of Philippine higher education. The publication's national indexing through the PNU Educational Policy Research and Development Office (EPRDO) underscores its significance and quality. The EPRDO accepts fewer than 12 public policy briefs each year, each undergoing a rigorous peer-review process before its publication.

Their brief provides a critical analysis of CHED Memorandum Order No. 10, s. 2025, offering valuable insights into the role of Centers of Excellence in addressing systemic challenges such as regional disparities and enhancing research capacity.
