MSU-TCTO Kicks Off eUniversity ICT Project with Infobytes, Championing Inclusive Digital Innovation

A milestone marked by unity, transformation, and a shared commitment to sustainable education—the MSU-TCTO, in partnership with Infobytes Solutions Inc., officially launched the eUniversity ICT Augmentation for Sustainable Digital Learning Project through a meaningful Project Kick-Off Program held on July 30 at the Conference Room, Sabdani Bulante Hall.

In her message, Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali underscored the power of community-rooted innovation and technology that uplifts learners across generations.
