Casipong, President of the MSU-TCTO Supreme Student Council (SSC) and the Federation of Mindanao State University System Supreme Student Council (FEMSUSSCO), as he officially took his oath as the Student Regent of the Mindanao State University System today, December 9 at the Commission on Higher Education.

As Student Regent, Honorable Casipong will sit as Member of the Board of Regents, the highest policymaking body of the Mindanao State University.

His leadership experience as Senator, Vice President and OIC-President of the Supreme Student Council has positioned himself as a dynamic leader to represent the entire studentry of the MSU system.
