As a member of the Global Futures Society (GFS) under the Dubai Future Foundation, the Mindanao State University – Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO) gains access to a global network of futurists, institutions, and innovators dedicated to shaping inclusive and sustainable futures. It serves as a regional hub for futures literacy, promoting foresight education, scenario planning, and innovation for sustainable development across Mindanao, BARMM, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
