Designated Officials Take Oath in University's First Mass Oath-Taking Ceremony

To mark the beginning of the new year and welcome new leadership, the University held a mass oath-taking ceremony for newly-designated and redesignated officials on January 14 at the Maas Kamlon Hall.

Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, PhD officially administered the oath to the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension, the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development, the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, the Chief of Staff, the Campus Secretary, as well as the Directors, Chiefs, Managers, and other heads of offices.

In her message, Chancellor Guinto-Sali congratulated all the officials and highlighted the importance of unity and teamwork. She emphasized that the University will have a busy year ahead and that it will require the support of all its constituents to reach new heights in all its endeavors.

The University officially conducted this ceremony for the first time in line with the Civil Service Commission's compliance, having achieved Maturity Level 2 in the four pillars of PRIME HRM. This historic event will take place annually to celebrate our commitment to excellence in human resource management.

The ceremony represents a significant milestone for the University, showcasing its dedication to fostering leadership and excellence. With the newly designated and redesignated officials now formally in their roles, the University is poised to reach new heights in its various endeavors.
