Congratulations to Honorable Amenah Flaminiano Pangandaman, Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management and Member of the MSU Board of Regents, on her conferment of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics (Honoris Causa) by the Mindanao State University.

The conferment ceremony was held during the MSU Main Campus' 61st Commencement Exercises on February 20, 2025, where Secretary Pangandaman also served as Commencement Speaker.
