As part of the annual celebration, MSU Tawi-Tawi honored the employees' continuous efforts and dedication through PRAISE awards held on September 8 at the Henry V. Kong gymnasium.

The PRAISE awardees were given a Plaque of Recognition and cash incentives. A total of 125 employees were honored with loyalty awards. The program also included a special recognition for this year's retirees. Meanwhile, in recognition of their exemplary work, 63 employees received their certificates and one (1) 14-inch Dell Latitude 3440 laptop for publishing articles in Scopus-indexed journals from 2023-2024.

To mark the 2nd anniversary of her second term as Chancellor of MSU Tawi-Tawi, Prof. Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, PhD, delivered the Chancellor’s Report in commemoration of her work anniversary.

Chancellor Guinto-Sali highlighted the University's accomplishments over the past two years, including advancement in research publications, internationalization, academic partnerships with reputable universities, and human resource development.

β€œMSU-TCTO has gotten far, but it can still go on. Let us continue breathing fire towards our determination to make the MSU-TCTO achieve its vision. We can do it!”

This year’s PRAISE Award not only celebrated the achievements and dedication of MSU-TCTO employees but also set a hopeful tone for the future, inspiring to continue striving for the university’s vision with renewed vigor and commitment.
